Each serving provides
6 oz. raw 86% hamburger meat – 1 lean
1 cup sliced mushrooms- 2 greens
1 cup fresh spinach- 1 green
1 Tablespoon diced onion- 1 condiment
1 teaspoon low sodium dry gravy mix -1 condiment
1 Tablespoon blue cheese crumbles- 1 condiment
In a fry pan on medium heat add your hamburger meat; mushrooms and onions. Cook till hamburger meat is no pink. Add to your pan your spinach; cook till wilted and incorporated. Sprinkle your dry gravy mix over everything and stir in 1 Tablespoon of water. Right at the end stir in your blue cheese crumbles.
