1 teaspoon panang curry – 1 condiment
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk – 1 condiment
½ teaspoon ginger- ½ condiment
5.26 oz. Fresh sliced peppers- 2 greens
1.06 oz. Fresh spinach- 1 green
½ packet stevia- ½ condiment
In a frying pan on medium, add your butter. Start frying your fish; cook till it starts to flake apart. ( You can omit this step and bake it while you’re cooking your vegetables in the butter if you want.) When your fish is cooked, remove and add your peppers and spinach. Cook till peppers are soft and spinach is wilted. Add to your veggies the ginger, curry paste; and coconut milk. Cook until reduced a bit. Add back into the pan your cod and baste with your panang curry sauce.
