Sweet potato chips

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

1 fueling 

1 healthy fat 

1/4 condiment

1 sweet potato fueling-1 fueling 

2 Tablespoons Guacamole-1 healthy fat * 

1/4 teaspoon Mrs Dash seasoning salt -1/4 condiment *

Preheat oven to 375

Mix 1/2 cup water to your sweet potato fueling and stir. Microwave 35 seconds. Let sit for a minute or two. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and lightly spray with non stick.

Use a very small spoon ( about 1 teaspoon) and put on cookie sheet. Spreading thin. Mine made 21 chips

Sprinkle with 1/2 your salt. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip and sprinkle with remaining salt; cook another 5 minutes till crispy. Serve with 2 Tablespoons guacamole.

Note: the salt and guacamole are optional if you don’t want to use up a condiment and a healthy fat.
