Mock carrots and shrimp platter

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

1/2 leanest; 1/2 lean 

1 green 

1 healthy fat 

1/2 condiment 

2.63 oz. Orange or yellow mini peppers- 1 green 

3 1/2 oz. Cooked chilled  shrimp- 1/2 leanest 


2 oz. Softened light cream cheese –  1/2 lean 

2 Tablespoons sour cream – 1 healthy fat 

1/2 teaspoon dill weed -1/2 condiment 

Display with dill weed for carrots and sprinkle with just a bit of parsley if you want. 

You have 2 more greens to eat to complete this.
