Boneless pork chops with Creamy mushroom Dijon gravy

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

1 leaner 

3 greens 

3 condiments 

1 healthy fat 

7 oz. Raw boneless pork chop -1 leaner 

3.69 oz. Sliced white mushrooms -3 greens 

Mustard sauce

¼ cup + 1 teaspoon Classico garlic Alfredo sauce-

      1 healthy fat 

½ teaspoon minced garlic- ½ condiment 

1 ½ teaspoons thyme – ½ condiment 

¼ teaspoon black pepper -½ condiment 

1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard- 1 ½ condiments 

I bought thinly sliced boneless pork chops but if you can’t I recommend cutting thicker ones diagonally in ½. Spray sauté pan with non stick and cook your chops till no more pink. When they are thinly cut they don’t take too long;remove from the pan and set aside while you make your sauce. In your pan that you cooked your chops in, add a little more non-stick and cook your sliced mushrooms, add your Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, Alfredo sauce and fresh thyme. Combine till warm. Assemble your plate.
