No Pasta Antipasto Salad

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

1/8 lean 

3 greens 

1 condiment 

1 healthy fat 

1 snack

1/2 cup hearts of palm ( big chunks) -1 green 

1/2 cup (2.63 oz.)  cherry tomatoes -1 green 

1/4 cup cucumbers (sliced) 1/2 green

1/4 cup green onions ( chopped) -1/2 green 

7 slices low sodium Turkey pepperoni – 1/2 of 1/4 lean

Kalamata olives – (1 snack cup 1.2 oz.) -1 snack 

1 Tablespoons Reduced fat feta – 1/2 condiment 

1 Tablespoon fresh chopped Cilantro

6 pieces Mezzetta peperoncini peppers –

       1/2 condiment 

2 1/2 Tablespoons Lighthouse balsamic dressing – 

     1 healthy fat 

To complete this to make it a complete lean and green you can add. Remember your using 1 healthy fat in this above recipe so your remaining protein must be a leaner or leanest. If your adding a leanest then add 1 more healthy fat.
