Salmon Kabob’s

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

1 lean 

3 greens 

3 condiments 

5 oz. Raw salmon ( cut into cubes )  -1 lean 

1.23 oz. Raw mushrooms caps – 1 green 

3.98 oz. Raw zucchini-2 greens 

1 Tablespoon G hudges sweet and spicy bbq sauce – 1 condiment 

1 Tablespoon G hudges teriyaki sauce – 1 condiment 

1 teaspoon sesame seeds – 1 condiment 

Soak your wooden skewers in water overnight or I used my metal ones. Next day assemble your skewers. Mix your 2 sauces together and brush over your skewers. Grill or bake till done. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when platting. 

( note: my picture does not show sesame seeds because I was out of them)
