Lox and cream cheese bagel

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

1 fueling 

1 condiment 

2 1/7 oz. lean protein 

( 1/7 is ½ of ¼ )

Each serving provides

1/7 lean

1 Condiment

Bagel alone ( 1 fueling, 1/7 lean, 1 condiment ) 

1 mashed potatoes

2 egg whites

1 teaspoons  baking powder

 Preheat oven to 350. Put in a bowl with the mashed potatoes packet contents. Add baking powder and egg whites. Mix till combined. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. Fill 2 donut cavities with your mix. It will go over your donut hole which is ok. Bake 7-9 minutes or till it’s slightly brown. 

1 Tablespoon smoked salmon cream cheese 

        = 1 condiment 

1 oz. smoked salmon  = 1 oz. lean protein 

(Smoked salmon is high in sodium so use only 1 oz.)
