Thai curry thighs and cauliflower rice

Each serving provides

1 lean

3 greens

3 condiments

6 oz. Raw chicken thighs-1 lean

1/2 teaspoon curry powder- 1 condiment

1 Tablespoon GHudges Thai wing sauce- 1 condiment

1 Tablespoon Trader Joe’s red curry sauce-1 condiment

1 1/2 cooked Trader Joe’s cauliflower stir fry -3 greens

Rub your raw chicken thighs with your curry powder. Let sit 30 minutes. Mix your red curry sauce and the Thai wing sauce together. After your thighs have sit for 30 minutes with your curry powder add your Thai curry sauce you just made to your chicken and coat well. Grill your chicken thighs. Heat a frying pan with nonstick spray and warm up your Trader Joe’s cauliflower stir fry. Assemble plate and sprinkle a little fresh chopped cilantro on top
