Spicy Queso Blanco Shrimp

Each serving provides

1 leanest

2 healthy fats

3 condiments

3 greens

8.25 oz. Mushrooms ( cut in 1/2) – 3 greens

10 oz. Raw shrimp- 1 leanest

3 Tablespoons Good Foods spicy Queso Blanco- 1 healthy fat

2 Tablespoons fresh parmesan- 2 condiments

1 1/2 oz. Avocado-1 healthy fat

1 Tablespoon shallots/chopped-1 condiment


In a frying pan on medium heat sprayed with non stick spray; cook your mushrooms, shallots and shrimp. When it’s almost cooked add your Queso and 1 Tablespoon of your fresh parmesan. Add to your dish then sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and your chopped fresh avocado.

  1. I’m cooking this for my family’s dinner today. I will add baked potatoes or something else for them.
