Buffalo Shrimp

Each serving provides

1 leanest

3 greens

2 healthy fats

10 oz. Raw shrimp ( yields 7oz. When cooked) – 1 leanest

3 1/2 Tablespoons Prego Homestyle Alfredo -1 healthy fat

2 1/2 Tablespoons Good Foods Buffalo dip – 1 healthy fat

1 cup fresh spinach – 1 green

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms- 2 greens

Spray a frying pan with non stick spray and start cooking your shrimp and sliced mushrooms. When 1/2 way cooked add your spinach till wilted. When it’s all cooked in your frying pan add your Buffalo dip and Alfredo sauce and slowing combine till everything is coated. Should not take to long for it all to be warmed up.

You could use chicken instead of the shrimp but you will have to remember to cut your sauce recipe in 1/2; because chicken only gets 1 healthy fat.
