Each serving provides
5 oz. grilled flank steak (tenderized ) – 1 lean
1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce- 1 1/2 greens
2.63 oz. cherry tomatoes- 1 green
2 Tablespoons reduced fat blue cheese crumbles- -1 condiment
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar- 2 condiments
1/4 cup green onions -1/2 green
Toss 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar in a bowl with your lettuce and tomatoes. Place on your plate. Add your cooked sliced steak and your crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle with your remaining 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.
Note: If you want more blue cheese crumbles then omit the 1 teaspoon that you drizzle over top and add 2 more Tablespoons reduced fat blue cheese crumbles.
