Crab egg salad sandwich

1 serving

Each serving provides 2/3 lean; 1/3 leanest

1 snack

1/3 healthy fat

2 condiments

1 1/2 greens

2 Trader Joe’s cauliflower thins- 1/3 lean; 1 green

3.3 oz. lump crab- 1/3 leanest

1 hard boiled egg- 1/3 lean

3 dill pickle spears – snack

1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash lemon pepper- 1 condiment

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard- 1 condiment

1 1/2 teaspoons light mayonnaise-1/3 fat

1/2 cup lettuce- 1/2 green

Thaw your thins out. Spray nonstick spray on a griddle or frying pan and brown on both sides. Mix all the other stuff together to make your filling.
