Pesto shrimp and sausage kabobs

3 servings

Each serving provides

1 leaner

1 healthy fat

1/4 of 1 green

2 1/4 Jennio sweet Italian sausage links -1 1/2 lean

15 oz. raw shrimp- 1 1/2 leanest

3 Tablespoons Cibo sundried tomato pesto- 3 healthy fats

1.95 oz. cherry tomatoes- 3/4 of 1 green

Soak bamboo skewers overnight. Put your pesto over your raw shrimp and sausage chunks and cover overnight to marinade. Next day assemble your kabobs and BBQ, brush any remaining pesto over top while cooking. I sprinkled a little fresh parmesan overtop.
