Clam chowder “hack”

1 serving)

each serving provides

1 fueling

1/4 of 1 green

1 healthy fat

1/4 of 1 condiment

1 leaner

 6oz. can of clams in juice – leaner

1/4 cup chopped celery- 1/2 of 1 green

1/2 tablespoon butter- 1 healthy fat

1 mashed potato fueling

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk- 1/4 of 1 condiment

salt and pepper to taste

Put 1/2 tablespoon butter in a pan and sauté your celery. Drain the juice from the clams and add to the 1/4 cup almond milk and the potato fueling. Stir together good then add to the pan with the sauteed celery. Add water if needed to get your desired thickness. Add your clams at this time. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a few Parsley flakes if you want.
