“ HACK” Buttercup Soup

1 serving
Each serving provides

1 fueling

1 green

1 condiment

1/2 healthy fat

1 mashed potato fueling

1/2 cup cooked buttercup squash

3/4 cup water

1 1/2 Tablespoons 1/2@1/2

1/4 teaspoon of a combo of black pepper, salt, cumin

A few green onions on top

In a bowl mix all ingredients and microwave till warmed. If it’s to thick for you then add more water. Below is a picture of my cooked buttercup squash. Make sure to use buttercup NOT butternut.
