“Ramen” College Chicken Pad Thai

My comfort food

1 serving

each serving provides
1 leaner
3 greens
1/2 healthy fat
1 snack
2 condiments

6 oz. cooked chicken breast
1 1/4 cups spaghetti squash
1/4 cup snow pea pods- cut at diagonal
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 Tablespoons PB2
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Green scallions for the finish

Cook your chicken in strips and set aside when its done. To a bowl add your spaghetti squash; pea pods and chicken. Warm this mixture up in the microwave.
In a small bowl crush your chicken bouillon cube up and add the PB2 powder; sesame oil and red pepper flakes with 3-4 Tablespoons water. Warm that mix up in the microwave and pour over top of your chicken spaghetti mixture and incorporate good. Put onto your plate and add your green scallions on top.
