Pork cube steak with cauliflower mash

3 servings

Each serving provides

1 leaner

2 condiments

3 greens

1 healthy fat

3-7oz. Pork chop (tenderized) = pork cube steak –

       3 leaners

Note; you don’t have to use cube steak but it’s more tender. Just have the butcher tenderize your boneless pork chops )

1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash seasoning- 2 condiments

Non stick spray

Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of your cube steak or boneless pork chop. When it’s tenderized into a cube steak you could cook 3 ways; bbq, oven or frying pan. It will cook a lot faster then a regular pork chop so be careful. With pork you just want the pink gone.
While those are cooking make your cauliflower mash.

Cauliflower mash3 servings

6.57 oz. cooked cauliflower rice -3 greens

1 wedges laughing cow cheese- 1 condiments

1 Tablespoon light cream cheese- 1/2 condiment

3 Tablespoons low sodium chicken broth

1/2 Tablespoon sour cream – 1/2 condiment

1/4 teaspoon salt- 1 condiment

1 Tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese- 1 condiment

Cook your cauliflower rice in the microwave till hot. In a ninja add your cauliflower rice, salt, cream cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, laughing cow cheese, parmesan cheese; whip till creamy

I served 1/2 cup green beans -(1 green on each plate). I cooked my 1/2 cup mushrooms (1 green) in a frying pan with a bit of nonstick or just cook in the same pan as your pork chop after it’s cooked. Then when the mushrooms are cooked add your 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon Alfredo sauce

(1 healthy fat) to warm up. Each serving will get this.
