Salmon and blue cheese wedge salad

1 serving

Each serving provides

1 lean ,3 greens, 3 condiments

5 oz. Salmon – 1 lean

1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash lemon pepper- 1 condiment

5.08 Oz. Iceberg lettuce- 2 greens

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes- 1 green

1 Tablespoons Bolthouse blue cheese dressing- 1 condiment

2 Tablespoons reduced fat blue cheese crumbles- 1 condiment

Sprinkle your lemon pepper seasoning over your salmon and cook in a 350 oven till starts to flake away.
