1.75 oz. Lump crab – 1/4 leanest
2 Tablespoons Tzatziki sauce -2 condiments
1/4 teaspoon veggie roaster seasoning- 1 condiment
3.17 oz. Raw zucchini chunks-1 green
1.23 oz. Sliced raw mushrooms- 1 green
2.63 oz. Cherry tomatoes -1 green
Non stick spray
Preheat oven to 350. Weigh out your salmon and place in a baking dish. Cook in the oven till 1/2 way cooked then add your crab on top and finish cooking. While the fish is cooking sauté your veggies on a frying pan sprayed with some non stick. Sprinkle the veggies with your veggie roaster seasoning. ( Costco has the seasoning and the lump crab) When your plate is assembled top with your cold Tzatziki sauce. Make sure your Tzatziki sauce fits in the guidelines for a condiment.
