Shrimp Caesar

Each serving provides 

1 leanest 

3 greens 

3 condiments 

2 healthy fats 

1 snack

7 oz. Cooked shrimp-1 leanest 

3 cups (4.98 oz. ) romaine lettuce- 3 greens 

1 packet Optavia ranch puffs – 1 snack 

3 Tablespoons fresh shredded parmesan cheese – 3 condiments

3 Tablespoons Marie’s smoked black pepper Caesar Dressing- 1 1/2 healthy fat

1/2 of 1/3 oz. Fresh avocado- 1/2 of 1 healthy fat

Note: If you omit the fresh avocado then add 1 more Tablespoon of your salad dressing to make 4 Tablespoons total = 2 healthy fats
