Grilled salmon with spicy cauliflower rice

1 serving

Each serving provides

1 lean

3 greens

2 condiments

5 oz. grilled salmon -1 lean

1 cup Trader Joe’s spicy Mexican rice -2 greens

1/2 cup (2.63 oz.) cherry tomatoes-1 green

1/4 teaspoon McCormick cedar plank salmon seasoning – 1 condiment

1 Tablespoon cilantro crema -1 condiment

Sprinkle your seasoning onto your salmon; then grill till done. In a frying pan on medium heat cook your cauliflower rice and cherry tomatoes till hot. Top with the crema after plated

  1. i have no trader joe’s near me. What can I subsitute? Can you make this yourself….although I’d rather have the easy version

    1. Just use any approved cauliflower rice.
