Each serving provides
5 oz. cooked salmon -1 lean
4.7 oz. cooked zucchini – 1 1/2 greens
4.12 oz. cooked mushrooms – 1 1/2 greens
1/2 teaspoon balsamic roasted onion veggie roaster- 2 condiments
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar- 1 condiment
Toss your veggies with your veggie roaster seasoning. ( I found this seasoning at Costco) To cook your veggies spray your frying pan with nonstick spray and cook. My favorite way to cook is using a grill mat on my bbq; then I can cook my veggies and salmon on the same mat.
Once everything is cooked drizzle with your balsamic vinegar
