Lobster with Garlic Butter

1 serving

Each serving provides

1 leanest

3 greens

1 condiment

2 healthy fats

9 oz. raw lobster -1 leanest

1 Tablespoon garlic butter- 2 healthy fats

1/2 cup or 2.36 oz. raw asparagus- 1 green

1 cup or 2.46 oz. raw sliced mushrooms- 2 greens

2 Tablespoons G Hughes honey mustard- 1 condiment

It’s hard to gauge the cooked amount of lobster when it’s in the shell. My 2 were 5oz. Each ( in the shell ) Not all work out that way do my advise is to go with 10-11 oz. in the shell then steam cook it and then carefully remove from the shell then weigh it to 7 oz. My veggies I steamed my asparagus to aledente’ then add to a frying pan sprayed non stick spray and add your mushrooms. Cook then add your honey mustard right at the end. I melted 1 Tablespoon homemade garlic butter to dip my lobster in.

Garlic butter recipe

( 1/2 Tablespoon = 1 healthy fat)

1 made my own garlic butter and keep in the refrigerator for when I need it.

1 stick of softened butter

4 garlic cloves minced

fresh or dried parsley
