2.0 oz. portabella mushroom
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup Rao’s
3 oz. low moisture mozzarella shredded cheese
7 slices of turkey pepperoni
1/4 teaspoon everything but bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 350. Remove the stem and some of the middle of the mushroom. Place in a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. In your mushroom sprinkle with 1/2 your seasoning; put 1/2 your Rao’s; spinach; 1/2 your cheese; other 1/2 of your Rao’s; pepperoni; other 1/2 of cheese and the remaining seasoning. Bake for approximately 10 minutes
