Chicken Curry Rice Pasta Soup

I Love Curry



1 serving

each serving provides
1 lean
3 greens
3 condiments

7 oz. chicken coconut curry
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
2 Tablespoon light canned coconut milk
1/4 cup bamboo shoots
1/2 cup diced zucchini
3/4 cup rice shaped shirataki pasta
2 teaspoons toasted coconut

Rinse your shirataki under cold water. Set aside. Add everything to a pot and warm up. Once its all hot add your shirataki pasta. Warm it all back up. Put in a bowl add a few green onions and your toasted coconut.
