Buffalo Chicken Dip and Veggies

Each serving provides
1 leaner
3 greens
2 condiments
1 healthy fat

2 Tablespoons Trader Joes chicken buffalo dip
1 Tablespoon franks buffalo hot sauce
1 Tablespoon low fat blue cheese crumbles
4 oz. cooked chicken breast shredded
2 oz. low fat shredded mixed cheese or low moisture mozzarella
2.63 oz. red peppers
2.63 oz. orange peppers
2.10 oz. cucumbers
scallions (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all your dip ingredients together reserving 1 oz. of the cheese to sprinkle on top before baking.
Put in a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cook till bubbling hot. Approximately 20 minutes. Add your chopped scallions on after its out of the oven. Serve with your fresh veggies.
