3.18 oz. Raw spinach (3 cups) = 3 greens
2 Tablespoons shaker parmesan- 1 condiment
1 wedge light white cheddar laughing cow cheese-
1 condiment
1 minced garlic clove – 1 condiment
1 ½ teaspoons butter -½ healthy fat
Add your shrimp to a frying pan on medium with your butter. Cook till pink. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside. In the same pan add your minced garlic and your fresh spinach. Cook till spinach is wilted, then add your laughing cow cheese and your Alfredo sauce. Stir in your shaker parmesan and your shredded cheese. Stir till melted and creamy.
