Steak and veggies

3 servings 

Each serving provides 

1 lean 

3 greens 

1 1/2 condiments 

15 oz. Steak- 3 leans

9.95 oz. Fresh zucchini- 5 greens 

4.72 oz. Fresh asparagus- 2 greens 

5.26 oz. Fresh peppers- 2 greens 

1/2 teaspoon no salt Mrs Dash – 2 condiments 

3 Tablespoons GHughes Caribbean jerk sauce – 3 condiment

Marinade your steaks in the GHughes jerk sauce for a few hours. Cut up your veggies and sprinkle with your Mrs. Dash seasoning. Combine well and set aside for a few hours in the refrigerator. Grill your steak and I cooked my veggies on a grill mat on my BBQ.
