Each serving provides
1 healthy fat
1- 1.1 oz. bag quest chips – 1/2 leaner
3 oz. Cooked 96% ground beef -1/2 leaner
1/2 cup shredded lettuce- 1/2 green
1/4 cup scallions- 1/2 green
1/2 cup diced red peppers- 1 green
1 Tablespoon sour cream
Brown your hamburger meat. I layered my nachos. Chips; hamburger; peppers; lettuce; some Queso and then repeat. Add remaining Queso over top and sprinkle with your scallions and add your 1 Tablespoon sour cream .
1/2 cup rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies- 1 green
1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon Classico creamy Alfredo – 1 healthy fat
1 1/2 teaspoons Good Foods Queso – 1 condiment
2 laughing cow cheese wedges ( any flavor but the original Swiss) -2 condiments
Put all in a sauce pan and warm up till melted and creamy.
Note: You can add your chopped red peppers to the Queso sauce instead if you want.
