Shrimp Parmesan

1 serving 

Each serving provides 

3/4 leanest; 1/4 lean 

3 greens 

1 condiment 

1 1/2 healthy fats 

7.5 oz. Raw shrimp- 3/4 leanest – 

         ( cooked yields 5.25 oz) 

1/4 cup low moisture mozzarella shredded- 1/4 lean 

2 Tablespoons shaker parmesan cheese – 1 condiment 

1 1/2 Tablespoons sundried tomato pesto 

        – 1 1/2  healthy fats 

1 cup fresh spinach- 1 green 

1/2 cup Victoria marinara sauce- 2 greens 

Spray non stick spray on your frying pan. Add to you hot pan your shrimp. Cook 1/2 way then add your spinach to wilt. Add your pesto, marinara and shaker parmesan. Stir to incorporate and warm. Put in your oven proof dish and top with your mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven jyst till cheese is melted.
