1/2 teaspoon curry powder
4 Tablespoons light coconut milk (canned)
1 cup healthy noodles
I heated up the chicken coconut curry, coconut milk, and curry together. I added more curry powder because I think it needs that extra curry flavor. Omit if you don’t think so and remove 1 condiment in your breakdown. I boiled some water and just quickly put my healthy noodles in the water just long enough to warm up. Maybe 1 minute at the most. I served with just a few green onions. Both items available at Costco
