Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

8 servings
Each serving provides

1 fueling

3/4 condiment

1/3 healthy fat


Crust

3 packets brownie mix -fueling

9 Tablespoons water

Non stick cooking spray


Filling

3 packets peanut butter shake -fueling

1 cup crushed ice

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup sugar free peanut butter syrup. I used DaVinci


Topping

1 packet chocolate pudding- fueling

1 packet dark chocolate shake- fueling

2 Tablespoons cream cheese

1/2 cup crushed ice

1/2 cup water

1 Tablespoon cocoa powder


Drizzle

1 Tablespoon PB2

1 Tablespoon cream cheese

1 Tablespoon sugar free peanut butter syrup


Preheat oven 350.Combine the brownie mix and water together. Spray your 9” pie plate with non stick spray. Spread your brownie mix on the bottom of the pie plate and bake for 20 minutes or till done. Cool then freeze for 20 minutes. In a blender mix all your filling ingredients together and spread over crust and return to the freezer. In a blender mix all your topping ingredients together and spread over your filling layer. Whisk together your drizzle topping and drizzle over top of your pie. Return to your freezer till firm. Remove from freezer for 10 minutes then cut into 8 servings. I prefer to let it sit a bit before eating otherwise is to cold.
