Recipe packet 12 includes a selection of 100 custom color-printed recipes for lean and green meals, each inserted in a page protector. This recipes do not contain seafood ingredients, and were originally published as part of packets A, B, and J. Each recipe includes the breakdown of lean protein, greens (vegetables), healthy fats and condiments.
Document set differs by packet ordered and includes aids like : a reusable tracking sheet and dry erase pen you can use to stay focused, dividers so you can sort and organize the recipes in whatever sequence or sections you prefer, and other helpful reference materials.
