21 oz. raw pork tenderloin -3 leaners
1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1 condiment
2 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard – 2 1/2 condiments
3 minced garlic cloves – 3 condiments
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 1 condiment
3 Tablespoons G Hughes honey mustard dressing-
1 1/2 condiments
Preheat the oven to 350. Heat a skillet on medium to heat heat. Spray the pan with non stick spray. Sprinkle your pepper over your tenderloin. Place your pork tenderloin in the hot pan. Brush your Dijon mustard on all sides. Cook on all sides to get a good brown. In a bowl mix your minced garlic cloves, Italian seasoning and the G Hudges. Place your pork tenderloin on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread the herb mixture on top and sides of your pork and bake till done. About 30 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to 145 for medium rare doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes.
