German Beef Rouladen

4 servings
each serving provides

1 lean

3 greens

3 condiments

16 oz. top round steak thin cut ( tenderized 2 times )

4 oz. lunch low sodium lunch ham ( between the beef and the ham = 4 leans)

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard – 2 condiments. 1/2 teaspoon each roll up)

8 dill pickle spears – 4 snacks ( each roll up get 2 dill pickle spears)

2 cups low sodium beef broth – 2 condiments

Cook in your crock pot till rolls are tender.

Gravy: 2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons low sodium gravy mix. Add to this any leftover beef broth after cooking roll ups in your crockpot. -8 condiments

Add 1 1/2 cups cauliflower rice to each plate when serving.
