Chipotle Ranch Shrimp Salad

1 serving

Each serving provides

2/3 leanest; 1/3 lean

3 greens

1 2/3 healthy fat

1.6 oz. reduced fat shredded cheese- 1/3 lean

4.6 oz. cooked shrimp- 2/3 leanest

4.20 oz. chopped cucumber ( no peel) – 2 greens

2.63 oz. chopped red peppers- 1 green

5 Tablespoons Bolthouse classic ranch – 1 2/3 healthy fat

Note: for extra heat if you want sprinkle some chipotle seasoning on your shrimp when cooking them. Add 1/2 condiment to your breakdown

Bolthouse Chipotle Ranch dressing I take one full bottle of the dressing and add 1-2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning and shake up. 3 Tablespoons = 1 healthy fat
