Steak with Gorgonzola sauce

1 lean

3 condiments

3 greens


6 oz. raw steak – lean

1 cup zucchini cubes -2 greens

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms – 1 green

1/4 teaspoon everything but bagel seasoning – 1 condiment

1 Tablespoon Bolthouse organic blue cheese dressing -1 condiment

1 Tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese crumbles – 1 condiment

(Note: if you find low fat Gorgonzola then you get 2 Tablespoons)

I grilled my steak on the grill with my veggies on my grill mat. Simply drizzle your dressing over your steak when it’s plated and put your Gorgonzola crumbles over top.
