Tuna melt

1 serving

Each serving provides

1 leaner

1 green

1 healthy fat

3 Outer Aisle sandwich thins = 1/2 lean, 1 green

2 1/2 oz. tuna in water

1 oz. low fat cheese ( I used reduced fat pepper jack)

1/2 Tablespoon regular mayonnaise

Nonstick spray

Mix your tuna and the mayonnaise together. Spray your frying pan with nonstick spray and heat to heat to high heat. Put 2 thins on your pan then add to that the tuna mixture; cheese then the 3rd sandwich thin. Put a little bit of the cheese in between the 2 thins on the one side to adhere them together. Cook on one side then flip onto the other side.
